Our Goal

My Ride Dallas is a transportation options counseling program dedicated to helping older adults and people with disabilities understand the transportation available to them in Dallas County. My Ride Dallas has also created a Coalition of agencies, transportation providers, community members, seniors, and people with disabilities that is dedicated to improving transportation options in Dallas County. We strive to improve access to transportation options and promote independence for people with disabilities and older adults in Dallas County.

The My Ride Dallas program is a subsidiary of Respect The TECH, a technology Hybrid Non-Profit and a partner of the coalition with over 90+ organizations. Through Respect The TECH, My Ride Dallas amplifies services through education, health, wellness and financial solutions for individuals, seniors and youth.

Our Vision

We will transform Dallas County into a community that promotes independence and engagement by collaborating as partners, removing barriers and creating options for people who are unable to drive themselves.

Staff

Cliff Cravens , My Ride Dallas Managing Director

The manager works with the My Ride Coalition to improve and expand transportation services for seniors and people with disabilities in Dallas County. He is responsible for coalition meetings, ongoing communications, projects and advocacy efforts. His duties also include arranging and presenting transportation training, community outreach and interface with North Texas regional transportation efforts.

The navigator is a direct contact for individuals seeking answers to their transportation needs through My Ride Dallas.
In addition to assisting people with personal transportation plans and solution options, all staff and volunteers will conduct follow-up sessions to provide a full circle of available options and resources for all clients and callers.
